Dry January

In 2023 dry January reached a whole decade of the awareness month. The month has supported over 17,000 people who opted to take part and reap the benefits.

Alcohol has an impact on individuals mentally, physically and emotionally. It also affects the family and friends of the individual who have an alcohol addiction who may be seen to drink too often or too much.
